MP3 Rocket is compatible with
Windows Vista. Please make sure that you are running
the latest version of MP3 Rocket and Java and all
Windows updates are installed.
Many Windows
Vista computers that come with McAfee Firewall lose the
internet connection when running MP3 Rocket. This is a
McAfee bug, not an MP3 Rocket bug. Contact McAfee's
support for an updated version of their

If, for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with your membership, you may
cancel at any time with no further obligations. To
request a cancellation of your account, send an email to
support[at]mp3rocket.com with
"Cancellation" in the subject line.
Refund
Policy: You will receive a refund of the purchase price
of our software and upgrades within 60 days of the
purchase date. Refund requests can be made by contacting
