1. How much does MP3 Rocket cost?
MP3 Rocket offers three membership options.
- 1-Year Unlimited
- 2-Year Unlimited
- Lifetime Unlimited
Membership fees vary depending on the membership you select, as well as any upgrades you include with your membership. To see all the membership options, click here.
2. How often will I be billed for my membership?
All MP3 Rocket membership fees are one-time fees which are paid in-full at the time of registration. MP3 Rocket does not offer any membership with a monthly fee, recurring billing cycle or automatic renewal option.
Your MP3 Rocket membership will expire at the end of your membership term unless you renew before your membership expiration date.
3. Can I buy a membership without a credit card?
Unfortunately, the only form of payment accepted for membership purchases is Credit/Debit Card purchases through our secure purchase site.
If you do not use/have a Credit or Debit Card, you may also purchase a membership using gift cards with credit functionality (for example, American Express gift card, Visa gift card, etc.) which can be purchased at most major stores.
4. Why was I billed more than I expected?
If you were billed more than you expected, you most likely unintentionally included an optional upgrade with your membership purchase. The optional upgrade is displayed on the membership selection page and must be removed from your membership before submitting your payment or it is included with your membership and the additional upgrade fee is applied to the total of your membership fee.
If you unintentionally included an upgrade with your membership purchase and would like to remove the upgrade and receive a refund of the upgrade fee, please send an email to support@mp3rocketsupport.com with Refund Request - Optional Upgrade Fee in the subject line and include the following information in your email:
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Type of Card (Visa, Amex, MC, etc.)
- Last 4 Digits of Card
- Email Address Provided During Registration
You may also call our billing provider directly to receive a refund of the upgrade fee. Please have the above information ready before you call as it is required in order to look up and refund your payment.
5. Can I order over the phone instead of online?
If you prefer to order a membership by telephone, rather than through the website, you may call our billing provider to place your order.

When calling our billing provider, please specify that you are calling to place an order for a membership with MP3 Rocket. Our billing provider will be able to assist you in selecting a membership and processing your payment.
After your order has been approved, our billing provider will provide you with your membership information. You will also receive a payment confirmation by email which will include your purchase details, Transaction ID (required for refund) and membership information.
6. How do I receive a refund if I'm not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your MP3 Rocket membership, you may cancel within 60-days from the date of purchase for a full refund of your membership fee.
You may cancel your membership and request a refund by emailing our support department or calling our billing provider directly.
Cancel by Email: To cancel your membership by email, please send an email to support@mp3rocketsupport.com with Membership Cancellation and Refund Request in the subject line. The following information MUST be included in your email:
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Type of Card (Visa, Amex, MC, etc.)
- Last 4 Digits of Card
- Email Address Provided During Registration
Refund request emails that do not include sufficient transaction information will be returned with a request for additional information.
Cancel by Phone: To cancel your membership by phone, please call our billing provider directly at (877) 354-0013. When calling our billing provider, please have the following information ready:
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Type of Card (Visa, Amex, MC, etc.)
- Last 4 Digits of Card
- Email Address Provided During Registration
After your refund has been submitted, please allow 2 to 5 BUSINESS days for your refund to process and appear on your card statement.

MP3 Rocket utilizes a third-party billing service to process membership payments. If you have a question that is specifically related to billing or your membership fee, you may call our billing provider directly by calling the toll-free number below:

When calling our billing provider, please keep in mind that they process billing for multiple companies and websites. Please specify that you are calling regarding your MP3 Rocket membership or bill. Also, please DO NOT call our billing provider seeking technical support for your MP3 Rocket program.
The telephone number to our billing provider is provided STRICTLY for billing-related calls. They do not provide technical support for any product. Any calls to our billing provider seeking technical support will be deferred to our technical support email.
8. Can the billing department help with my program?
No. The telephone number to our billing provider is for billing inquiries only. Please do not call the telephone number to our billing provider for assistance with your MP3 Rocket program, or any other issue that is not related to billing.
